A few years later, 4 billion people will speak English. So far, we are protected with langage walls (Japanese), however, they are under leakage, and breaking down. We will soon competing with Japanese speaking Asian people and English speacking Asian people in economy and employment.
数年すれば世界の４０億人が英語を話す時代といわれます。今までは日本語の防護壁に守られていましたが最早決壊寸前。アジアには母国語と英語、母国語と日本語が出来て日本人の何分の一の人件費で充分な物価の安い国が出現しつつある為です。
English is minimum skill to survive in such a new world reality in 5 years. Japanese oriented companies will soon hire more Asian employees than Japanese. (not only global companies but Japanese domestic ones too). English and at least one speciality skill is 'MUST' condition for our kids generation.
子供達の時代に給与が半減する事態を回避するには最低限英語のスキルは必須の時代が５年後に迫っています。日本企業が日本人よりもアジア留学生を多く採用することになるでしょう。これに伍していく為には子供達も英語は当然としてその上での専門スキルが必要となるか、失業するか、の二者択一になる可能性は考えておく必要があります。
So, our family decided to join one month English full time school in Philippines about my wife and elder daughter of 15 yrs old who can speak little English during school summer long holidays. Philippines English schools are very good cost performances.

At first, I will make personal reserch for short term rent apartmen with 24 hour security. I uses an Indian survey company, reserch cosi is $15/hour.
