This is the end of these Paris/Patissiere School Visit stories. Next 30th day, morning, moved to De Gaulle airport, arrived Japan in the New Year's Eve.
２０１１年パリ、パティシエ学校訪問記はこれで終わりです。翌３０日朝からドゴール空港に移動し年末３１日に帰国。

今回どうしてもパティシエ学校訪問に拘ったのは、子供たちに「本当にやりたい、なりたいならば本物に触れることの大切さを実感してほしい」ということ。「そこまでやるか？そこまでやるのだ」ということでした。
It cost a lot for 5 people's travel Japan-EU. Our slogan after the travel, ' Eat only onion everyday.' For months, there were no cake time, no junk food.
５人で欧州往復の費用は馬鹿になりませんから合言葉は「帰国後は毎日、玉ねぎを食べて過ごそう」。しばらくの間は夕方のおやつ／駄菓子の類はなしで過ごしました。
Paris is fascinating city. Even in Christmas day, Dec.25, foreigners can also enjoy the city, and I felt the country was eager to arrange English language support for outsiders. Stalls, fairground etc. are exciting and joyful even just watching. Not like past time French language sticking proud, but currently with utilizing English they try to spread out the French culture (and dominating the world through it maybe). Clever and Wise country it is.
パリは魅力的です。クリスマス当日ですら午後にはそれなりに外国人が楽しめたし、国を挙げて英語対応の努力をしている。屋台や移動遊園地などもそこにいるだけで楽しい。
フランス語に固執した自国の誇りではなく、英語を利用してフランス文化で世界を制圧してやろう、というようなより拡張したフランス中華主義が感じられて、頼もしいです。
