フィリピン英語学校語学留学への道 その10

ケーキ学校の主任から、大学に正式に認可を得る為に、申請書を出して欲しい、という要請がきました。この為、希望のパティシエトレーニングの内容と娘のプロファイルを送りました。以下個人名に当たるところなどは******としております。

Application about a training program of baking cakes

I would like to apply a special training program of baking cakes and patisserie for my daughter. Our expectations and her profile are as follows;

1. Schedule: ********* for 5 days.
From 13:00 to 17:00 , 4 hours/day
2. Variety: She wants to learn 8-9 kinds of cakes, like French cakes, Chiffon cake,
  Zahhatorute and so on.
3. Profile of my daughter
- Her name is *************. 2nd daughter among three sisters.
13 years old, a junior high school student
-She wants to become a patisserie in future. So every weekend, she bakes a cake.
She has already once tried to bake a Chiffon cake, but swelling was not enough.
She can make cakes successfully chocolate tart, roll cakes, simple sponge cake with cream.
-She has been eager to become a patisserie very much. We brought her to France to see the top  patisserie schools, Cordon Bleu Paris and Ritz in Ritz hotel. She asked many questions for the program managers. They taught my daughter that “to learn fine art and history/tradition of Japan is very important  to survive among competitive patisserie world because a fine art experience helps her to design cakes in good color balance. And Japanese flower arrangement makes her shape sense delicate. Nowadays,  Japanese tea powder is used for French cakes. Finally among employment tests, hotels ask the patisserie  candidates about the history questions because they think wonderful cakes are born under the  understanding for the world. So you must learn variety wide things. “
After these interviews in Paris, my daughter decided to go advance to a high school after current school though at the beginning she wanted to go patisserie school soon after the junior high school graduation (at age 15 years old).
-So she has to wait 5 years until she goes to professional baking school. However if possible I want to give her an opportunity to learn more baking cakes under the professional skilled tutor.

Please consider about our above application.
